Cancellation/Rescheduling

Its important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments are subject to the following terms:

  • You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 48 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.

  • Less than 48 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 50% of your service fee.

  • If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged 50% of your service fee.

  • Appointments that are booked within the 48-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

  • As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 72 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking.

  • To ensure a full experience, please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.

  • Late arrivals will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.

  • Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

General Policy

PLEASE NOTE while we strive to provide the best possible services, it is important to understand that we cannot guarantee the exact outcome of hair treatments and styles. Hair texture, color, and overall condition vary greatly among individuals, which can affect how treatments respond. Despite the expertise and skill of our professional stylists, external factors such as previous hair treatments, underlying health conditions, and the unique nature of each person's hair can lead to unpredictable results.

If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 7 business days so we can promptly address and resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds on services.

Retail items may be returned within 10 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and unused, and accompanied by a digital receipt.

Clothing
Please wear clothing you do not mind getting stained. While our trained stylists use capes, towels, and robes upon request to help protect your clothing, unforeseen accidents can still occur. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any damaged clothing items. We recommend wearing something comfortable or changing into one of our provided robes before your service.
